Shubrook - one of the legendary modelmakers behind the special effects for Gerry and Sylvia Anderson's Thunderbirds, Captain Scarlet, Joe 90, and UFO - digs deep into his past to relate his memories of working on the classic sci-fi shows with the likes of Derek Meddings, Mike Trim, Brian Johnson, and the rest of the Century 21 crew.
Shubrook brought his camera to work almost every day, and shot many behind the scenes photos documenting the productions. Over 200 of his photographs are reproduced here in color and black & white, many never before published.
