Our Return Policy
We will accept any product in its original package for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. Before returning any product, you will need to email for an RMA number. We charge a 15% restocking fee for all undamaged returned orders (unless we screwed them up in the first place!). For merchandise that has been damaged in shipping, please contact the shipper to make a claim. If you receive damaged merchandise in an undamaged package, we will replace it with the same item only.
