Star Trek III: The Search for Spock - Vulcan Citizen Costume

A Vulcan citizen costume from Leonard Nimoy's Star Trek III: The Search for Spock. As the crew carried Spock's body onto the planet Vulcan for the Fal-tor-pan procedure to reunite it with his katra, Vulcan citizens gathered for the ceremony along the path Admiral Kirk (William Shatner) and the others took.

This costume consists of one red and black hat with a resin ornament on the front and red ribbon straps; a red, gray, and black sash made of polyester with a resin badge on the front of the sash; and a tan polyester robe with red striping. Also included is a second triangular resin badge. The interior of the robe features a label hand-marked "3-14," the backside of the triangular badge is hand-marked "3-20," and the interior of the hat features a Paramount Studios tag hand-marked "3-14." This lot exhibits pulled and frayed threads, chipped and flaked paint, and discoloration.
