The Story File series are high quality, full color books featuring "fumetti" (photonovel) versions of Thunderbirds episodes, and feature new full color cutaway illustrations of the corresponding International Rescue vehicle (Thunderbird 1 for this volume) at a whopping 30 by 12 inches. Volume 1 includes four episodes as photo stories:
